Dirty rooms, stained sheets, won’t store luggage
"Room wasn’t clean. Lots of stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Dirty shower and the water pressure was very low. They also would not store our bags after check out. "A Ilha Grande sofre com quedas constantes de energia. Todos os hotéis em que fiquei havia gerador para suprir banho quente, conectividade e o básico para os hóspedes, mas a pousada Cruzoé não tem gerador. Tive que tomar banho frio em 2 das 3 noites que fiquei na pousada. O café da manhã é bem simples. ..."
