"Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. ..."

"Very unfriendly staff who communicate with you in english only in case they want. When they not, so you are ignored. I needed invoice for company to accounting and receptionist was reluctant (refused add VAT Nr. to invoice). Room and everything around was poor. Never more ever."

"We really loved this hotel. The room was very comfortable. We had a lovely Juliet balcony room with pretty flowers on the railing. Beds were excellent. Nice large bathroom. Very clean. Helpful staff. Delicious breakfast spread with everything you could imagine on the buffet. Excellent location. I would love to return to this hotel."
