There was no wardrobe, kettle, or hair dryer, which was inconvenient. The hot water was not always available, so the cold water came out when I was taking a shower, which was inconvenient in the cold weather.

"I found the hotel really good in general - top location near Vienna’s main train station with shops open til late. The room was clean and uniquely designed with was fun. Hotel staff were super polite and helpful always. The free tea/coffee in the morning was a great bonus. If it was easier to contact the reception (no number provided, had to go down each time) and a few extra amenities in the room were provided (e.g. a safe) I would give the place 5/5. Amazing stay! "
