"From we exited from the taxi, to registration and entered our room, were so perfect. We had been served by the Ms. Elena Li, Guest Experience Mgr, who was so friendly and explained everything we needed to know.
The breakfast was too many choices and so tasteful, it made us difficult to choose. Our stay in Regent Hotel was so satisfactory and we felt that we didn’t want to leave the room. "
