"Overall, we had a very good stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and in a great location, very close to Old Frankfurt, making it easy to explore the city. The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly. However, the staff responded quickly and brought us a fan, which helped make our stay more comfortable. Despite that minor issue, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt."
