Welcome to La Ruscana,

a charming family home located near Pinarello, between the sea and the beautiful Corsican maquis.

One of the home’s most distinctive features is its unique architecture: it was built around a large natural rock, seamlessly incorporated into the house.

The spacious living room, with its beautiful exposed wooden beams, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for spending time with family or friends.

Outside, the house is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, where you will find a private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and enjoying sunny days.

Several outdoor areas provide plenty of space to relax, enjoy lunch in the shade, or simply appreciate the peaceful surroundings and Mediterranean vegetation.
The large terrace offers a beautiful sea view, making it the perfect setting for breakfast, sharing a meal, or ending the day with a drink while enjoying the scenery.

The house features several comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and generous living spaces, allowing everyone to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The beach is approximately 600 metres away, making it easy to reach the sea. The village of Pinarello, with its beautiful bay, beaches and restaurants, is also nearby.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison, qui est très spacieuse et parfaitement adaptée à une famille, même avec plusieurs enfants. La piscine est un vrai plus : très grande, propre et très agréable !La propriétaire est adorable, très accueillante, sympathique et bienveillante. Nous avons été accueillis avec de petites attentions (bouteilles, petits gâteaux…), ce qui nous a vraiment fait plaisir. Elle a également été très disponible et réactive pendant toute la semaine pour répondre à nos questions ou nous conseiller.La maison est idéalement située, à environ 500 m de la plage et à quelques kilomètres seulement des commerces et des incontournables comme Porto-Vecchio et Bonifacio.Nous avons passé un séjour parfait et nous recommandons vivement cette location ! Petit bémol : la maison ne dispose pas encore de climatisation, mais la propriétaire nous a indiqué que des travaux étaient prévus prochainement pour en installer.Les ventilateurs étaient prévus pour toutes les chambres en attendant.
