Apartment inserted in an Italian tourist village with a condominium swimming pool and equipped solarium area, in a 5-hectare park. Living room with kitchenette (sink, kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and various cupboards, fully equipped with small appliances), double bedroom in the attic, with a window on the roof and mosquito net, bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom completely renovated with built-in shower, TV with satellite dish, washing machine (new), fridge freezer (new), fan, hairdryer and iron. Magnificent covered sea view terrace with table (wrought iron and Vietri ceramics) and wrought iron chairs. Private garden. Private parking space in front of the apartment. Small cellar (under the terrace). In the pool condominium BBQ, bookable for outdoor dining. I do not provide bed linen or towels (but can be rented on site for a fee). Free WIFI guaranteed in the pool area.

Appartamento molto confortevole, super accessoriato in un contesto tranquillo. Vicino alle spiagge piĂč belle della zona di Portovecchio. Host gentilissima e disponibile, molto reattiva per qualsiasi richiesta. Consigliatissimo per vacanze in famiglia, davvero esperienza super!!
