The house, fully air conditioned, is located on a fenced plot of 5000 m2.
The secure swimming pool is adjacent to the pool house equipped with a summer kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, table, chairs, sofas ...)
In the garden you will find games for children such as slides and swing.
The 300 m2 house has 4 bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, equipped with a 140 bed, opens directly onto the garden and has a bathroom and toilet in the corridor. Two bedrooms on the mezzanine with sleeping 140 are upstairs and have a bathroom with bathtub. The master suite, also upstairs, has a 160 bed, a bathroom and a dressing room. Two other beds (convertible in 160) are located upstairs.
On the ground floor are the open kitchen open to the dining room and living room, a utility room with washing machine and freezer as well as a toilet.

Lovely Corsica Villa, tastefully presented and Modern

Very comfortable and spacious Villa. Wonderful grounds and pool. Sophie and Pierre were charming and kind hosts. Great location and local beautiful beach in Pinnarello, just a short car ride away. The photos do not do the Villa justice! Highly recommend!

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Traumhaus. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich perfekt. Man hat einige Rückzugsorte und die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns mit zwei Familien super. Der Stil der Einrichtung ist extravagant und alles sehr hochwertig. Der große Garten war für die Kinder ein Paradies und ist wirklich selten zu finden. Familien mit kleinen Kindern sollten vielleicht an Badeschuhe denken, da das Holz um den Pool herum gerne einen Holzsplitter abgibt. Aber wir haben uns mit einer Picknickdecke am Pool ausgeholfen und dadurch dann keine Probleme mehr gehabt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

A dream vacation in a dream house

We just returned from our wonderful vacation at this lovely gateway on Corsica! The house is just beautiful, well equipped and perfectly located to discover this wonderful island. Sophie was a great host, always helpful and open for questions! Just bear in mind: It’s a french island and always good to speak some French. Merci Sophie pour cette voyage très magnifique! Superbe

Tout est réuni dans cette superbe propriété pour y passer des vacances de rêve en famille et entre amis. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la quiétude du lieu ainsi que sa situation (aéroport à 50 minutes, Porto-Vecchio à 20 minutes, très belles plages à proximité…). La villa quant à elle est absolument magnifique, très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous y avons séjourné à 11 (7 adultes et 4 enfants) dans le plus grand confort. La piscine est superbe et s’accompagne d’un espace très agréable permettant de se restaurer et de se reposer à l’ombre. Petit plus pour le terrain de pétanque éclairé où nous avons passé des moments très conviviaux. Merci à Sophie et son mari pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wundervolles Haus, ganz herzliche und freundliche Besitzer und eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem prachtvollen Anwesen von Sophie und Pierre. Sie sind beide extrem freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist noch toller als auf den Bildern, wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Auch der Garten und der Pool sind toll, v.a für Kinder. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen. Semaine très agréable

Très belle maison avec grand et beau jardin. Clim très appréciée, même si celle de la chambre sud à l'étage avait un peu de peine à suivre avec la grande chaleur qu'il faisait. Bon emplacement, plein d'activités et de belles plages aux alentours. Vraiment à recommander! MERCI Sophie et Pierre!

Accueil formidable malgré une heure d’arrivée indécente.

Arrivée à 2heures du mat, sourire de Sophie et Pierre. Tout est là pour faire tomber la pression d’une traversée bateau catastrophique. Maison conforme aux attentes. Silence, confort. On y est. Une très belle propriété pour des vacances au calme à proximité de la mer et de la montagne

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à 3 couples et 6 enfants dans la maison . Sophie a toujours été réactive face à nos questions. Un vrai moment de bonheur entre amis avec de l’espace pour les Grands et les Petits.
