Simple apartment house "Alba", 4 storeys. In the district of Winkelmatten 1.3 km from the centre of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, west facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. 150 m steep footpath to the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 550 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestiboden" 270 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 1.3 km. Mountain railway, ski rental 850 m, ski bus stop 270 m, ski school 1 km, children's ski school 1 km. Hiking paths: Objekt liegt am Wanderweg nach, Findeln/Sunnegga AHV Weg. Please note: no lift. Cabs cannot stop right in front of the house. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt.
