Water pressure was barely running. Registration was less than friendly. I got an attitude over a service dog. Requested 1st floor and was on third at the end of a long hallway. Traveling alone and I specifically requested 1st floor. They advertised happy hour which was coffee and popcorn. Deceptive terminology. Very boring breakfast. Did not eat.

Do not book this hotel

My stay with this hotel was lacking, to say the least. While they claim to serve breakfast, the meal service was terrible and breakfast personnel were rude. My daughter and I went for breakfast more than an hour before they stopped serving. The regular coffee urn was empty. I asked if they were making more regular coffee and was told, "No, you'll have to drink decaf if you want coffee." There was very loud banging next door and when we called front desk they said, "They're moving rooms, so there's going to be noise." This was after midnight. The front desk actually had a roll of toilet paper on their counter where clients checked in and out. The room, with two beds - and they were not queen beds as advertised, but double beds, was so small there was only about a foot between the beds. No coffee pots.

Good short stay

Overall not bad. Weird mildew smell though. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, the lobby was well kept and clean. The staff was helpful. Perfect for what we needed for a night.
