Fabulous apartment close to the slopes

We had the most brilliant time at Lakeside Luxury Apartments. The property manager/owner is really accommodating and sorted a TV that wouldn't connect to Netflix, changed light bulbs and supplied us with what we needed as well as being on the end of the phone if we needed. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, more spacious than in the pictures, modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, lots of storage, plenty of hot water and great Miele appliances in the kitchen. Our children loved the pool, the ski room is brilliant too, we all appreciated our dry boots every morning!My only gripe was the contact pre the stay, as I was only able to ask questions through the VRBO bot which I found frustrating. Plus we were promised a mid week clean that never materialised. Small gripes!Overall, I would highly recommend the apartments. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

Schöner Urlaub, kleine Verbesserungspotentiale

Der Urlaub war super. Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen. Alles ist neu und gepflegt. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten allerdings verbessert werden für den Preis, den man zahlt: - mehr Geschirr und Equipment in der Küche- etwas mehr Deko, um der Wohnung ein bisschen mehr Leben zu geben- 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer konnten abends nicht lüften, weil das Asia-Restaurant so gestunken hat bzw. Abluft in die Zimmer kam. Es hat bestialisch nach Fett gestunken. Frische Luft war nur morgens möglich, das war leider schon doof. - Im Saunabereich fehlen ein paar Regeln (hatten z.T. Menschen in Bademantel und Latschen in der Sauna. Einmal sogar in Unterhose, ohne Handtuch. Leider nicht so hygienisch.) Aber insgesamt wirklich eine super schöne Unterkunft und die Kommunikation vorab war einfach! Danke und liebe Grüße
