Great location

The hotel was very quiet when we were there as it was the end of the season. The staff were all great. I missed not having a kettle in the room especially when a cup of tea at the bar cost €6.50 Pool was lovely but a bit cold. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well there. The location is fantastic.

Das Hotel ist fußgĂ€ngig vom Bahnhof zu erreichen und unweit der FußgĂ€ngerzone und dem See. Im Hotel gibtes verschiedene, gemĂŒtliche Bereiche in denen man sich aufhalten kann. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Is best prijzig ten opzichte van andere hotels. Ontbijt was super, uitzicht van het hotel is teleurstellend je kijkt tegen een hoog appartementen complex. Dat is de prijs biet waard. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Personeel is wel heel vriendelijk.

De locatie is heel gunstig. Zowel het water (het meer) als de stoeltjeslift zijn op loopafstand. Daarnaast bevat Zell am See veel winkeltjes en restaurantjes op loopafstand van het hotel. Alleen het hotel zelf had het qua administratie niet helemaal op orde. Zo heb ik een kamer toegewezen gekregen waarbij de elektra steeds uitviel. Ik voelde me daardoor toch een beetje als een tweederangs gast behandeld. Uiteindelijk hebben ze mij wel een extra riante kamer toegewezen ter compensatie.

Zimmer und insbesondere SPA Abteilung hervorragend! Weitgehende Einstellung des Barservice inakzeptabel. Aushilfskraft unprofessionell und unhöflich... MenĂŒ am Ankunftstag Katastrophe. Hauptgang: HechtstĂŒckchen auf dicker Schicht aufgewĂ€rmter fader Haferflocken...!! Hechtanteil war etwa 2 Gabelbisse. Die Serviererin prĂ€sentierte sich "hemmungslos" in schlechter Laune... Kosten "MenĂŒ": 37 Euro. Meine Frau und ihre Freundin wollten diese ungeniessbare "Zumutung" zurĂŒckgehen lassen... NatĂŒrlich haben wir die folgenden 6 Tage in Gasthöfen im Ort gegessen, wurden höflich bedient und waren mit den deftigen Gerichten zufrieden. Positiv im Tirolerhof: Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksteam und die Damen der Zimmerreinigung!!

Fantastiskt hotel

Redan nĂ€r jag kom innanför dörrarna pĂ„ detta vackra hotel denna regniga dag, vĂ€ntade en riktig brasa i den öppna spisen. Detta angav tonen till hela vistelsen, dĂ€r jag upptĂ€ckte flera vĂ€l genomtĂ€nkta detaljer, om det sĂ„ gĂ€llde inredning, korgen som jag kunde ta med ner till spat mm. Som i sig var fantastiskt med en stor sauna avdelning med olika Ă„ngbastuer mm. Eller ryggsĂ€cken jag kunde lĂ„na om jag skulle bege mig ut pĂ„ vandring. En stor vacker vĂ€ggmĂ„lning förestĂ€llande Zell am See ovanför bassĂ€ngen. Menyen vid middagen var spĂ€nnande och mycket vĂ€lsmakande. Frukosten var överdĂ„dig. SĂ„ allt som allt, full pott. Även produkterna i badrummet var perfekta, i stora flaskor. Hotellet har Ă€ven en skönhetsavdelning som sĂ„g mycket professionell ut med humana priser.

Wir waren eine Woche als Paar im Tirolerhof. Lage ist super, die City ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Schwimmbad und Sauna sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, reicht aber völlig aus. FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbĂŒffet war super, a la carte fĂŒrs Abendessen war nicht verfĂŒgbar. In unmittelbarer NĂ€he aber mehrere schöne Lokale. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. PakplĂ€tze vor dem Hotel teilweise nicht vorhanden. So mussten wir ein paar Seitenstraße weiter parken. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel. Zimmer waren modernisiert.

Tolles Hotel mit wunderbarer Lage, trotz mitten in der City relativ ruhig Nachts. Wir hatten eines der neu renovierten Zimmer und waren hellauf begeistert. GroßzĂŒgiges Zimmer mit Balkon, Bad mit Regendusche, separates WC,... Toller Welnessbereich mit 4 Saunen, Indoorpool,... Einzig und allein die Parkplatzsituation ist furchtbar! Wir haben eine Stunde nach einem Parkplatz gesucht!

Very comfortable room, with a small balcony facing the a small river, very nice bathroom and good forniture. The bed wasn't too comfortable, a bit hard for my taste, but alright for few days. As a suggestion for the hotel owners, the minibar was way too expensive, even abusive, mainly the mini wine bottle. Also, the lack of a kettle in the room made us feel less welcome.

Very enjoyable stay at the Tirolerhof. Many amenities. Iacutlaye room and public areas. Superb ncluded breakfast buffet with wide variety of items, including cooked to order omelettes. Free guest card included free local bus transport and some discounts on local attractions
