Na média mas poderia ser melhor

De modo geral o hotel era organizado, tinha um funcionário na recepção muito cordial e simpático, uma pena não saber o seu nome. Ele era excelente. Mas, tenho algumas observações a fazer: o quarto que eu fiquei estava num bloco do hotel que estavam literalmente fazendo reformas, inclusive o quarto em frente ao meu, então todos os 6 dias que fiquei lá tinha barulho de reforma, o cheiro forte de tinta e e outros materiais. Achei isso uma falta de consideração comigo e com os outros hospedes, se querem reformar façam com que os impactos disto seja mínimo pra os clientes. Sobre o quarto: não tinha tomada próximo da cama, da mesa de cabeceira ou mesmo perto da mesa móvel, não tinha gancho no banheiro pra pôr a toalha de mão e a de banho, a iluminação era central apenas (lâmpada fluorescente) faltava uma meia luz, uma luz mais indireta, os lençóis e o cobre leito estavam gastos e não muito limpos, notei que não foram trocados tbm nos 6 dias que estive lá. Sobre o café da manhã, na parte principal todos os dias eram a mesma coisa: cuscuz, ovos mexidos, macaxeira cozida e salsicha, diversificavam apenas na parte de panificação e o leite que era oferecido se era em pó a diluição era pra menos, se era leite líquido adicionavam água pra render. O gosto do leite era aquoso. Horrível. Passei a tomar café com leite porque era a única forma tolerável. Enfim, não são coisas difíceis de melhorar…

As estrelas do "hotel" são vistas apenas no valor das diárias. Total falta de atenção e respeito quanto às solicitações e observações da reserva. O administrador deveria se envergonhar do "café da manhã" fornecido aos seus hospedes, estes são clientes pagantes, e, mesmo que estivessem alí "de favor", não faria qualquer sentido. Um hotel que se classifica como 3 estrelas no nordeste, fornecer ovos apenas mediante solicitação antecipada e com pagamento adicional? Tapioca dura, seca, enrolada, sem recheio??? não tinha nem como cortar com a faca. Não oferecem iogurte, aveia ou qualquer outro cereal. Os bolos são sempre as sobras dos dias anteriores e coloca-se goiabada em cima de tudo para que fique com melhor apresentação? Um único tipo de queijo, o qual não se consegue identificar a qualidade. Para o valor cobrado???? Banheiro com restos de sabonete de hospedes anteriores e grampos de cabelo enferrujados, mesmo após a limpeza diária? Piscina que não há condições de se banhar, imunda. Ar condicionado e TV que não funcionam. Definitivamente, este não é um local que deveria fazer parte do site do Hoteis.com. ou de qualquer outro site de reservas. Foram apenas 2 noites suficientes para dizer: Procurem outras alternativas!!!! Há muitas excelentes!!!! Cliente algum merece ser tratado desta forma, isso nem é comum no nordeste, um povo tão hospitaleiro. Apenas o que salvou a minha estada, foi a atenção e simpatia do atendente da recepção em horário noturno.
