Our Home has a spacious master bedroom with its own bath room, tv, Work space, and privacy in the back of the home. The 2nd bedroom has large Queen Bunk beds, tv ,and is directly adjacent to the 2nd full bath. The living room is large and airy with 2 chairs , a large couch, and plenty of space to help you relax after a fun day around Zanesfield.

Additionally, you will find a clean and well equiped Kitchen with everything you need for your stay, a spacious dinning room table for meals, a large laundry room with washer dreyer, and several outdoor games to be used in the outdoor patio space, including cornhole, Giant Jenga, and connect 4.

Would definitely stay again. Comfy beds. Appreciated a the tea kettle and the refrigerator leftovers containers (ln our experience these 2 are often missing in other places we have stayed). Great location for visiting the small towns near by and easy drive into Dayton.

We were in town for 5 days for our daughter’s wedding. The house was in the perfect central location between Zanesfield and Bellefontaine. It was super cute and comfortable and exactly as advertised. Brian, the host, was prompt when answering questions and was easy to work with. When/If we return to Zanesfield, I would definitely stay at his property again.

Even cuter in person! Its a very sweet house nicely decorated and clean. Cozy bedding and full-sized bunk beds were nice touches. Bathrooms have nice toiletries (so no need to bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash), and there was a wide selection of coffee, tea and pods for both coffee pot and kuerig. A little gem perfect for visiting Mad River Mountain, Bellefontaine, or Zanesfield. Outside area and firepit seemed inviting and spacious. Enjoy!
