Zadar’s boutique hotel was awesome with great staff friendliness and clean accommodations. Excellent restaurant on site and fresh assortment of breakfast options.Wished breakfast started perhaps earlier than 7 am to catch international flights!

We booked a family suite and were placed in an antiquated Modric-themed room with a broken/ leaking minisplit which made the room smell musty. Every time someone walked in the hall a motion sensor light turned on, illuminating the adjacent balcony and waking us through the night. Staff were friendly and the rest of the hotel seemed nice. Neighborhood wasn’t great, but easily walkable to downtown/ waterfront.

Affordable comfort stay.

Very difficult to find this place even with G maps. Nevertheless, you walk from a construction site into what looks and felt like a 5 star service. The hotel was great, somewhat walkable to the old town. Staff were very friendly and were happy to chat in their own time. Side note, make sure you check out the contracted spa treatment I was so quickly excited and let down when I heard they have one. Unfortunately the guy was booked up. I mean, they were €20 a message. Great to have this and will likely return in the future.

This hotel was great. Very clean and modern. We travelled as a family of four. The pull out sofa accommodated our two teen boys. Staff is extremely friendly and willing to assist when needed. The breakfast was fantastic. If I have to point out a downside it would be the surrounding area is rundown and no easy access to the front entrance by car. I would stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel, that smells great. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. Air con was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our sparkling wine, that came with our room. Only downfall was their usb in the wall wasn’t working so make sure you bring an adapter! Breakfast had lots of variety and we would definitely return.

Hotel is brand new and beautiful but immediate surroundings not so appealing. However, the Zadar island is only a few blocks away and it’s easy to walk to from the hotel. Breakfast was great and the hotel’s personnel is kind and helpful.

Fabulous hotel.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast. Extremely clean. Decent size room. Only criticism is of the untidy area around the hotel. But the hotel itself, faultless. And a great location with a very short walk to the old town. We’ll be staying there again.

The hotel itself is well kept and clean. Rooms are fairly small. My only complaints are that there is no parking at all, and the front of the hotel is very difficult to find. It is not visable from the road and we arrived late at night and had quite a hard time.

Modern and cozy hotel close to old town of Zadar

We only stayed one night in Hotel A'mare but we really enjoyed our stay. It's a 5-10min walk to the old town of Zadar, which is great. The hotel looks super-modern and all freshly renovated. The outdoor patio with some plants is great, you can have dinners or breakfasts there. We had breakfast there and enjoyed the rich buffet and the outdoor seating. Rooms are quiet and the beds are comfy. The staff was very friendly. We could park our car near this square in front of the hotel, it's public parking at no cost. Not sure whether the hotel has any dedicated parking spots in the back. We would definitely stay again at this hotel, highly recommended.

A wonderful stay

An amazing hotel, wonderful staff, helpful and knowledgable, always with a smile. Helped us with recommendations and info about the area, packed lunch boxes for pur early day trip. Bed was the most comfortable i slept in any hotel, great breakfast and the Amare restaurant was wonderful for lunch, dinner or just having drinks.
