Loved the pools...quiet, peaceful. More kids on the weekend so I would recommend weekday if you want it more quiet. The rooms were a bit dated but very roomy and clean. Staff very friendly. Cafe on site and food was very good and reasonably priced. Spa treatments were just what I needed. I'll definitely go back.

the check in was great our room was ready for an early checkin. the room was a room we were there for the Valentine's Dinner and Bands. let's just say the bands were amazing but the hall and dinner not so much. the hall was not decorated at all half the tables did not have the black and white tablecloths there were no center pieces no silverware. the staff that was there were not very helpful and made us paying guest feel like we were bothering them when we asked for a napkin and silverware. now the food --- (mind you we are sitting at large round tables) brings out the salad and sets it down in the middle of table not close enough it get it without getting up then our plates hardly had enough salad to cover the center of the plate. the table next to us their plates were to full the salad was falling off the sides. now the dinner plate comes out same thing doesnt place it near us and guess what the potatoes were luke warm the shirmip dish was warmer and very small piece of steak luke warm tried to get the lady to come back over and she acted like we were not even there. it was a real SH** SHOW. i went out front to ask for a person in charge and the guy i was told to talk to gave me the I dont care look.found the next day from the staff working check-in said the banquet staff called off. i feel the hotel should give every couple back $60 for the dinner the show was $39 if you didn't want the food. will i be going back for the pools yes the dinner/show not so sure

I booked the most expensive Presidential Suite at this hotel expecting a luxury experience. The description online made everything look perfect, so even though it was expensive, I was happy and excited about my stay. However, when I entered the suite, I was extremely disappointed. The furniture was very old and outdated. The weather was cold, but the heater was not working at all. When I called the front desk for help, they brought three small portable heaters and told me to use those instead— one for each room and one for the living room. I had to rely on those the entire time. It got worse. The jacuzzi tub jets were also broken, so I couldn’t even use the water jets. For something advertised as a “Presidential Suite,” this was unacceptable. The online photos and descriptions are completely misleading. There wasn’t even a simple cup in the bathroom for brushing teeth. Basic amenities were missing. When I called the front desk again to request repairs, the male staff member who answered was extremely rude. He interrupted me and hung up before I even finished speaking. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others avoid this hotel. Terrible service, broken facilities, and very unprofessional staff. Absolutely unacceptable for a Presidential Suite.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in 40 years. It took 3 attempts to check in. Front desk staff was busy talking on the phone instead of waiting on customers in line. Finally checked in at 3pm and went to the bathroom to discover a leak in the ceiling. Notified front desk 3 times about the leak. Finally a maintenance guy showed 3 hours later at 6pm. Said “Here’s a towel for the bathroom floor, it’s the end of my shift, I’ll be back tomorrow.” The room was outdated from the 1970’s. Bathroom door would not shut all the way. Bathroom ceiling leaked all night. Hot water was only warm at best. The bed was old and uncomfortable. Closet door mirror was cracked. The list goes on and on. Extremely poor facility, extremely unhelpful staff, extremely bad experience for over $200 per night. We left after one night! I will never go back even if it were free. Looking to get my money back for the one night I didn’t stay. Don’t waste your time going!!!!

The building is on the older side but comfortable. The bathroom exhaust is tied to the light so it is very loud when turned on during the night for the people sleeping. Some of the light switches and bulbs didn’t work. The shower curtain wasn’t long enough to keep the water from going onto the floor. We had to cal for more towels when we arrived.

Room was dated and run down. Huge gap on bottom of entry door. Could hear people talking in the next room through the walls.Entry door cards did not work.Restaurant was supposed to be open at seven am but when I went at 7:20 no one was there? Not the best experience. Never used the swimming pools/ mineral baths.

Room was mediocre - beds not comfortable, bathroom not well maintained. Staff was rude - condescending tone, not making customers a priority (looking at computer for 3 minutes while I was waiting.) The only redeeming item is the pools, which are great. This place needs to fix the other items to make hotel what it could be.

Room and hotel needs updating. Carpet in room was torn and room smelled like someone had just smoked. Smelled old. Toilet started bubbling and would stop. The faucet in the tub was wobbly and looked like it was about to fall. Staff were very friendly.
