Located in Yport, Normandy, this authentic 60 m² fisherman's house built with traditional brick and flint welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. You will find one bedroom with a double bed and dressing room, a master suite on the second floor with double bed and views of the sea, Yport, and Fécamp, as well as a third bedroom with 2 single beds. The house features a private, fully equipped open kitchen with multifunction oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, toaster, and coffee maker, plus a snack area with high chairs. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV, ground-floor access, and a bathroom with walk-in shower, towel heater, and washing machine.



Enjoy your private south-facing garden in the quiet courtyard, perfect for breakfast or lunch in the sun or shade. The quiet location in a small lane allows you to park your car and do everything on foot.



Pets are allowed on request for an extra fee. Events are not permitted. Your beds will be made on arrival and towels are provided. Locaux rénovés avec pertinence en rapport avec une maison de pêcheur d'une autre époque. Locaux très propres et très au calme. Toutefois, l'escalier à vis pour accéder au second puis troisième étage est très étroit et rend la montée/descente d'un lourd bagage difficile et périlleuse pour de jeunes enfants. A déconseiller à des personnes à mobilité réduite.Le stationnement est rarement de toute proximité compte-tenu de l'étroitesse des lieux environnants et donc pas d'emplacement réservé.Logement bien situé au coeur de la ville, en proximité de la plage et des commerces.
