(B208) Loft Condominiums

On the main level you have a living room, with a fully equipped kitchenette, that has a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish-ware, cookware, and silverware provided. Our loft units also offer dvd player, with a free movie library, river rock propane fireplaces, and private outdoor decks with electric barbeques. Sleeps 2-4. Please be advised: sofa beds are only acceptable for small children, not for adults, as they are uncomfortable for adults, so we will not guarantee a good night's rest on them.

Located high on top of a mountain at an elevation of 6,000 feet, this 48 unit condominium complex not only offers you great mountain and forest views, but also offers you a great location to start your day from, just minutes to all the main attractions! Our condominiums come in two configurations, studios and lofts. All units come completely furnished and fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.




Do you have internet access at any of your home properties? Yes but very limited! Only a few of our home properties have recently been able to receive Internet access. Due to our remote location, and the fact that most of our properties are surrounded by tall Yosemite pine and cedar trees, it makes it almost impossible to receive clear satellite signals, cable isn't available yet in our community. The system we currently have is a satellite based Internet system, and is vulnerable to adverse weather conditions, therefore we cannot guarantee Internet connectivity during your stay.

Great place to stay for visiting Yosemite

Overall, we felt the property was just right for our family. There is just a few things I would suggest for improvements. We are light sleepers and the moon and sun coming through the skylight made it difficult to sleep, so installing a cover would be thoughtful for guests. We were warned that the sofa bed was not comfortable so we brought an air mattress for our adult son, but it would be better if the owners would replace the couch with a more comfortable mattress or else list the place as only accommodating 2 adults instead of 3-4 adults. Final comment is that even more details about what is available in the kitchen and bathroom would be helpful, such as it would have been nice to know there was a hair dryer and a blender.

Go west

Clean, comfy and great location. Unfortunately Yosemite was having temperatures in the high 90’s the days we were there. Thankfully two rotating floor fans were left on for us. We ended up sleeping on the lower level because there was no windows to open in the loft so it was rather warm up there. So just be aware if you go in August. Otherwise it was perfect. All the comforts of home in a beautiful setting.

Starting with the positive, condo was in a great location inside Yosemite. Condo a bit dated and loft bedroom was hot even with fans. If you’re not going to spend a lot of time in condo or looking for scenic views, this rental is fine.
