As we first check-in the staff was unpleasant. We asked about near by restaurants in the area and he told us to just drive up the street. We were looking for recommendations. Then we went to our room, we started to unpack and found dirt on floors, stains on curtains and on the bedding. Then we went to sit on the bed and heard the worse squeaking noise. All you had to do was laugh or move slightly and you would hear the noise. We wanted some coffee, so we got some from the front desk. We started drinking it and it had a burnt taste, my boyfriend reported it to the staff and he stated it was fine because he drinks it all the time. Not very professional in my option. Then we reported the bed and was told someone would like at it. We went out for the day, came back at 5pm and the bed made more noise than before. We reported it again and was told it was looked at. The only staff that was professional was the maid. She was helpful and polite. I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends.

READ THIS- Unfortunately this place is super unclean and old, our first room we went into smelled TERRIBLE- like people had recently done drugs or something in there, the floor was sticky, the ac unit was leaking water on the ground, the counters were filthy, and the door wouldn’t even latch and lock correctly. We left to go to dinner and thankfully I tried pushing the door open without the key because it felt weird and sure enough- it pushed right open. Super unsafe. I asked for a new room and thankfully they put us somewhere else (about the only decent thing about this stay) this room was definitely cleaner and smelled better but the ceiling looked covered in water damage and the walls were paper thin, we could hear people in other rooms and outside literally all night. When we left the room early that morning the hallway smelled like pot (likely from the people we could hear all night) I highly reccomend not staying here. Oh and the elevator barely even worked, pick somewhere else- probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in to be completely honest I’m being generous with the stars.

I reserved two nights and first night I arrived at 2am so I was tired to go down to lobby and complain about sheet that didn’t look clean, one towel in restroom, and shower had hair all over. Next morning cockroach in restroom. Left room came back and turned on lights and cockroaches all over counter! Complained to lobby manager and only thing they could do is offer another room and it was two doors down! Requested a refund and manager stated he can not refund and this was the first of insects in hotel that he was aware of! Left property and went to another hotel, would NOT recommend this hotel!

We walked in to strong weed odor. Elevator broken.we were on the third floor walked in room with no security lock and stains on the sheets. We walked out and did not stay. Got another hotel room. Would really like my money back! It was horrific!!!

I didn't like it , first night stay , thought we would have at least clean towels when we came back that night but didn't plus the shower drips and splashes water on floor , burn holes in our blankets for being a non smoking room and facility I would think they would make sure you had up to date linens by now since it's been smoke FREE for A FEW YEARS NOW .. plus the bathroom door has MOLD on it from where the shower has been dripping on it.. we left a day early and I told them why , they said there wasn't anything they could do not even refund me for ONE NIGHT ,my Husband has COPD and just being there he was having more difficult breathing.. I just ask for one night off my bill or even discounted off the price.but she said NO you can't do it ..We won't be Back !
