I’m sure there are some who wouldn’t like the Sunrise because it’s not new and shiny, or sterile. Personally, my wife & I loved this place! You can’t beat the location, the room was perfectly clean, the staff was perfectly friendly, and everything was just nice and comfortable. And the price was right! We will definitely be back!!

This motel is about the view. It smells like old motel, and the hot water is sometimes unreliable, but the staff was very nice, and you can't beat that view of the ocean at sunrise and at moonrise. It's a short drive to the more touristy areas of York Beach, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, this place will work fine. You can cross the street for a nice walk along the more rocky areas of the beach.
