Food tasted fresh & served hot. Decent portions & eat as much as you want. However, food choices were limited. More varieties could be provided to make breakfast a richer experience for guests. Overall, it's a great experience, I will definitely use Hampton Inns locations subsequently on my trips.

Check in was at 3pm. Did not get in until 4pm. No hot water for showers half of the time would be lukewarm at most. Website advetises a pool that was not open. Got in room and no remote for the tv had to wate almost an hour for a remote to show up. Building was always hot never really comfortable. Called down to front desk to get a roll of toilet paper or tell me where to get it. Desk clerk asked me to hold for a second and then after 4 minutes of waiting they hung up on me. And the outside had trash laying out front my entire stay. A busted laundry basket stayed on the port for over a day and a half. Stay somewhere else.

Room service only one night on a four night stay. Ice machines in the entire building don't work. Breakfast from 6:00-9:00 am on Tuesday morning didn't have any food at 8:20 am. Asked at the front desk, and the answer was, I have no idea. Wound up going to a local diner. The place sucks

Room was fine but when traveling with 2 little babies, we called ahead to ask for pack n plays they said they could accommodate, when we arrived they told us they had none. Secondly we asked for 1 extra blanket, they said they were sold out. They couldn’t accommodate an extra hour for late check out which would have been noon. It just seemed they provide less than the bare minimum.
