I recently stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites, and while my experience was generally positive, there was a hiccup at check-in. My room wasn't available at the scheduled 3 PM check-in time, which was inconvenient. However, I want to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the front desk staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate me during the wait. They were attentive, communicative, and ensured I was comfortable while waiting for my room. Their excellent service made the delay much more manageable. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality and effort of the staff, though I hope the hotel improves its room readiness for future guests. A smooth check-in process would make an already welcoming experience even better

Went on a last minute Easter overnight stay with my sister and kids the lady that was there in the morning was awesome yet the lady that was in the nighttime was very rude and very loud and a little bit ghetto but besides that that day was amazing breakfast was amazing. The pool was amazing.

I was given a room with a dangerous structural issue in the shower. There was a huge crack running directly across & underneath one of the main shower / tub grab bars And there were also cracks around the other end of the grab bar as well These cracks were also around the part where it is anchored into the wall Every time I had to use it I was extremely nervous it would fail and I could get seriously hurt . In addition : the large heavy blackout shade covering the window was not functioning and I was told it was on backorder , this made for a very dark room in general as this room did not have a main overhead ceiling light but instead had a few lamps around the room There were other issues as well but these were the main two that made it DANGEROUS Daily I asked to have a room switch but I was told everything was booked up The fact that this was the week that the schools in the area had their Easter vacation made it impossible for me to get another room last min in another nearby Hotel The hotel promises access to a swimming pool but when I arrived I was told that they usually do not have enough staff to guard the pool which means it's available at random times only The maids were extremely loud daily before 8:00 a.m. as they conjugated in the hallways The smell of smoke was constant throughout the hotel and it entered my room daily as well even though this was supposed to be a non-smoking facility There were visible paint chips and stains on the rug as well

We are having work done on our place, so we stayed a few nights here. Here is our review - as residents - not as tourists. 1. We booked a studio room and it was worth it for us to be comfortable. 2. The king size bed was very comfy, the pull out couch was absolutely fine for our kid. 3. The shower curtain and bed cover were clean and were showing a good deal of wear from washing. Everything else was looking very new and updated. 4. The breakfast is on the earlier side - it ends at 9am. Good selection for mostly everyone. 5. Pool sign on the wall says it's open 5pm - 10pm, but there is a tiny piece of paper in your keycard holder that says it closes at 9pm. Important note if you are planning on using the pool. 6. Excellent help from staff with small needs like printing, etc. 7. The location is not very walkable, it's in the back of a plaza - there's actually another hotel right next to it. There are dining options available and an incredible park very nearby, but you would most likely make the 3 minute drive because there aren't sidewalks. 8. Parking - They have a huge parking lot and may be charging $15 for parking, which seems very unusual. Overall we would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to out of town guests.
