Due to the weather and a blown electrical situation , the power was out for 3 days of my stay. The hotel indicated they could do nothing regarding my nightly rates due to booking via Travelocity. I had no hot water or power Thursday, Friday, Saturday and until I checked out on Sunday morning. Very disappointed that I paid full price for entire stay.

The hotel was on back up generator due to flooding caused by Tropical Storm Ida taking down the local utilities electrical equipment. With the hotel being under backup generator, guests had the option of cancelling their reservation with no penalty. I am sorry that this storm had the affect that it did. The hotel did everything it could to provide whatever services possible to make our guest's stay as comfortable as possible under very trying circumstances.
