The cleanliness and sanitation across the entire resort were outstanding. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily without fail, and always stocked with Haile protein bars for two and bottled water. We were very pleased with both our room and the beautiful view it offered. Every staff member we interacted with was respectful, disciplined, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to the airport at guests’ preferred times, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. Overall, our stay at Haile Grand was exceptional.
