"It was a lovely stay with the family. We had all the facilities like a washing machine, fridge, cooker with oven, microwave, iron, hair dryer. Our daughter loved the bunk bed. We enjoyed the breakfast outside the chalet. The Wi-Fi speed was good as well. We had good communication initially. However, suddenly the kitchen hood started not working after some time, and we reported that but had no response from them. Also, the towel rail in the bathroom was on all the time and was incredibly hot. Touched by mistake a couple of times as it's next to the toilet. Reported this as well but it was never fixed. For cleanliness, the cupboards were not clean. There was dust and marks. The kitchen counter was greasy. We had to do the clean-up work on day one. Other than that it was OK."
