This house easily accommodates large families. There is plenty for the kids to do. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

The house overall was NOT clean. The couches were full of food crumbs.The couches (especially downstairs) is broken down and miserable to sit on.The back door kept having to be opened from the inside… we couldn’t get in.The kitchen faucet it loose.The downstairs bathroom only had a few working lights.The shower will not stop dripping and we were never able to take a warm shower (it was miserable).The coffee maker just sprayed our k cup coffee out the sides and made a mess.Upstairs the bathroom with the tub only had cold water.The faucet in the other bathroom almost comes off in your hand.Same for the kitchen sink upstairs.There were cobwebs and dust everywhere.There is no curtain on the bathroom window .The outside needs spray washing to make it not look like a haunted house.Our mattress in the king downstairs smelled like a sweaty man! GrossThe property is lovely… and the size of the house is great. But it needs some serious attention in maintenance.I would not rent it again or recommend it to anyone.A serious refund or discount would be appreciated.

Property was super clean inside but filthy outside. No batteries for the advertised karaoke system, limited toiletries, broken metal chairs on the dock, no Trash bags (no bags in the cans), broken fishing gear, broken lawn chairs, broken and filthy air hockey machine, no pucks for the air hockey, loose faucets and broken shower doors etc. The dock is in serious disrepair and is dangerous. The location is beautiful, but this property has been neglected for a long time. The separate “cabin” is a converted shed and smells like rodent urine. We chose not to use it. Overall we had a good time and the house comfortably slept 15 of us and was clean. The location is secluded and beautiful. I just wish they would update the property buildings and dock. Overall I would recommend if you don’t mind a little rustic-ness.

It was spacious but we had a few things go wrong. The house really needs to be treated for spiders and wasps. Spiders are everywhere. The port dock has boards that are loose and are full of webs. Zip line can be dangerous so make sure you have someone there to supervise. The upstair bathroom in the hallway sink is broken. The media and karaoke room is nice but karaoke speakers and mic did not work. It gets very warm in there if going in the summer. Also tiles were broken. Dead wasp and spiderwebs were found in room and in between couches. The out house ceiling looks like it is about to crave in. Overrall the cleaniness was not up to par in some areas of the property. We still make the best out of its condition and enjoyed our quality time.

Cool house for a large group. Lots of beds. Right on the lake with a good location. Only complaint was tries to reach property manager about a couple different things (arriving early and possibly adding an extra night) and never responded. Property itself needs a little TLC. Just tightening some plumbing fixtures and changing some switches so they work. Clean property. Would definitely stay again

The house was nice and the location was great on the lake. but the place needs some renovation and cleaning. There was trash underneath the couch upstairs, the couch down stairs need to be replaced. Over the house was nice just needs some upkeep.

Yuck! Spiders and mildew everywhere!

At this price point, this is unacceptable! The pier was rotten, covered in spiders and a hazardous. The outside of the house look like Charolette’s Web! I can not describe how nasty and overgrown it was. Our deer camp does not get this nasty from season to season. This is years of neglect! We found spoiled food in the cabinets and mildew in the bathrooms. Septic and sewer system was not working properly. One of the shower doors was broken. An upstairs bedroom smelled of dog/cat urine even though pets are not allowed. We finally decided it must of been a cat since my youngest is allergic and spent the entire week fighting allergies. Homeowner did respond, but only made excuses no effort to make things right. I never write reviews, but I have rented countless places through VRBO and other agencies this by far is the worst rental I have ever seen. The house has such potential it is a shame! Do not expect to have access to a garage as advertised. There’s a boat parked in it and there is no where for a RV to park or hook up. Our uncle stopped for one night and ended up staying at an RV park 15 miles away! Definitely not the house that is advertised other than lots of beds and two decent kitchens. Thankful our families and kids are from the county and used to getting bug bites. We are going home with many unexplained bites! I have many more pictures, but can only load 8, since we stayed Memorial Day Weekend and the week following I would expect the house/pier to be ready!

We had a great time at this rental. The accommodation was great, and served our family well. We caught lots of fish at the dock and enjoyed time on the lake with our boats. Would stay here again.

Property as described/pictured. Accommodated 12 of us easily. A lot to do here, too many amenities to take advantage of! Pool table, game room, media room with karaoke! Used outdoor firepit (very nice). You gotta try the zip line too. Will stay here again if in the area.

Buddies fishing trip

The house had more than enough space for our group of guys that came together for a fishing trip. The dock was a good place to sit and unwind while having a hook in the water. The location was great!

The house itself is very pretty and had plenty of room for all of us. It needs some upgrades (like the couches). We couldn’t find pot holders in either kitchen and there wasn’t enough towels to have to use them for everything. The zip line needs to have some sort of braking mechanism. The spring on it was not strong enough to stop anyone. The bunk room had a sewage smell that would linger through the whole house. Overall if these small things could be fixed, it’s an amazing house. We loved that it was waterfront and had plenty of space for the kids to run and play.

Thanksgiving

My family rented this house for Thanksgiving. The information on this property said 2 fully stocked kitchens which was a joke! There weren’t any knives, mixing bowls, or bakeware. Paper products were supposed to be provided but they only left half full rows on the holders but nothings to replenish with. The house was beautiful but so dusty and so many insects.

I wish I could post pictures. Mold near downstairs shower, black scuffs on walls throughout house. Exposed wires from uncovered outlets. Ceiling fan/light wouldn’t turn on in upstairs master bed. Master bed smelt of Raid (bug poison). Shampoo/body wash bottles were half empty. Found crumbs and trash that had been left prior to our arrival. Several light bulbs need to be replaced. Kitchen drawers and cabinets dirty. Offers great amenities, but seriously needs to be cleaned and cared for.

Long weekend Lake trip

Labor Day weekend at the lake with family. This house is large! Beds and bedrooms everywhere. 2 kitchens, 2 living areas plus the Karaoke/theater room. Downstairs living area could use more seating. There’s also a one room guest house-thing. We did not use this. Ceiling is in need of repair. Slight musty smell. It’s on the lake, does have a dock. It’s in need of some major cleaning and minor repairs. The inside was fairly clean. The outside…well, no. It’s in need of serious cleaning. I had to cut briars and vines off the steps and walkway out back so my 18 month old grandkid didn’t get into them. There are more good things than bad with this rental. Pool, table tennis, foosball..kept kids busy indoors. Zipline and large yard were great. Nice fire pit. (we did not use) Neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of parking. All-in-all, we enjoyed our trip and had plenty of room in this house. Gave 5 stars for communication with property manager…but we didn’t communicate. I got check in directions and check out list. Period.

July 4th Fun

We rented this home over July 4th. We had kids of all ages. The zipline and multiple game tables were a huge hit!! There was plenty of space for all of us!! The communication with the property manager was fantastic. We will definitely rent this house again:)

Lake fork stay

Overall the house and outside rooms were awesome. We especially enjoyed the fishing from the dock, where the catfish were plentiful. The only reason I wouldn’t rate the property a 5 was because of the yard needing mowed. I actually spoke with the man mowing next door and had him mow a patch from the house to the dock so we wouldn’t be walking in high grass. The flower beds also needed some love but overall we had a fabulous time.
