"DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a room here based on the reviews and I am convinced the owners of this hotel are writing the reviews! This hotel was absolutely disgusting! I checked in, went to my room, and checked out. The room was filthy, smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and there was urine in the toilet which convinced me this room was not cleaned from the previous person. Then, when I wasn’t reimbursed my deposit, I called and the lady who answered immediately started yelling at me saying “why do you keep calling I’m not going to refund you!” I explained to her that this was the first time I was calling so I’m not sure why she was yelling at me but I am calling about not receiving a refund on my deposit. This woman has absolutely ZERO customer service skills, was probably the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to and was not helpful at all. I am having to dispute the charge through my credit card."
