This is a great location. Beautiful beachfront home really close to Yachats and its fun restaurants. The house, furniture, and fixtures are in good shape. There was actually accommodations made for our dog. They made it easy to have him with us and not stressful to comply with the house instructions.The house has plenty of space for four adults to hang but still have space to retreat and have privacy.

Best Vacation Rental Ever!

Everything was perfect. The ad was accurate. The description was perfect. Pre-check-in.l communications were outstanding and included an invitation to check in early because the house was ready. Checkout process was a dream with a reminder text message to do a few very minor things like take the garbage out and wash the dishes. Property was amazing with incredible oceanfront views, and easy beach access.

Yachats Beach House

This home was so comfortable, and the location was amazing! The views overlooking the ocean and terrace were beautiful. I would recommend this location to anyone wanting their own private little house on the beach. The bathrooms are small and could use a little more storage, (shelves maybe?), but our bed was as comfortable as our bed at home, which is saying alot. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Location, location!

My first impression was resentment that it is so expensive and the check in time is 5 PM!!!! too late. There was only one small garbage bag for one small can in the kitchen, and there was still dirt, chips and an empty plastic bag on the floor when we arrived. However, the house was nice, the view was spectacular, the beds were comfortable, everything else was clean. BBQ worked. Hoses on front and back of house. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Oh, pool table and kites, very fun.

The house and the location are amazing. This is our third This was our third year booking the property. Having said this, The house is starting to show wear. Floors are swelling in some places. The down stairs shower door leaks like crazy and you will have water rot damage within a year., And, And, And The owner its getting greedy. We are now paying twice as .much for the booking as we did four years ago. I seriously doubt that the owners mortgage ( if he has one ) has doubled. So why is he and the booking agency sticking it to customers ? I honest to God love the place, but we will look for better value elsewhere

Oceanfront Heaven

Great oceanfront home with spectacular views, easy access to the beach plus a bonus whale sighting every evening! House is well stocked with everything you need from the kitchen to the beach towels and chairs. A lovely place for a family or friends getaway.

Beautiful Ocean View

Beautiful ocean view but tricky beach access. We used a walking stick to safely get down the slippery path. Our stay was quiet and peaceful but the location is more “neighborhoody” than we expected. The home has a cabin vibe and is cozy.

Lovely beach house

We had a great Thanksgiving at Boho shores. House was immaculate. View was absolutely beautiful. Make sure to take your own condiments, as there aren’t any. There is salt and pepper. Towel exchange wasn’t fulfilled, so make sure to communicate with the property manager if you need additional bath towels. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

Beach house stay

Staying at the coast with my wife is always a great experience. Unfortunately this property wasn’t as great as advertised. Downstairs floor, kitchen table, and counter where all dirty when we showed up. I spent the next day cleaning and washing. Property is old and out dated. Shower heads are low and showers small. Dinning room heater leaking oil on the floor. Broken coffee pot. Pool table was out of level and balls roll after stopping the way they came from. Couches where dirty and spotted. Flooring old dirty. Great location. Unfortunately over priced and under taken care of. Unfortunately one of the worst properties we have rented in our 30 years of vacation rentals.

Perfect beachfront home

This house was exactly what we wanted to celebrate our 25th anniversary weekend. The main living space has a fabulous view of the ocean. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I can’t really say we had any complaints! The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware but you will have to bring your own cooking basics (there’s just salt and pepper)—which we did anyway. It was great for our dog too—they even have dog bowls and blankets. We would definitely stay here again!

View amazing and Home was charming as well as comfortable Well stocked for cooking..dogs enjoyed it too. Deck protected from wind so we were able to use even on windy day. Path to beach easy to use and convenient.

Family Fun

This property was everything we hoped for and more. It’s location is very private, and the beach views were amazing. Beach access was very easy and literally right beside the house. It’s very dog and family friendly. We found a dog bed, food and water bowls, poop sacks, and even treats for our dog. There’s a pool table, kites, sand toys, and lots of games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy. The house was very clean, and all the beds were very comfortable. We called the property manager for two very minor things and they were taken care of promptly. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Amazing beachfront home

Our family had a great trip at this home! The location is right off of 101, but tucked away right against the beach. Our kids also loved the option of having the upstairs area. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Everything we wanted in a coast trip

Perfect ocean getaway

This was a perfect place to start our ocean retreat. We went clamming, riding our bikes on the beach while exercising our dogs. Located between Waldport & Yachats so we had lots to explore.
