Inside, an airy open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space is bathed in natural light and flows seamlessly onto a spacious oceanfront deck. Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Beach front

The location of this unit is everything! Being right on the beach and to the left of the pier (away from the pier parking lot) gave us perfect beach set up everyday without overcrowding! We enjoyed walking to the pier for ice cream, watching the fisherman and going to the surf shop. It was convenient to run back to the mainland for the grocery store as well! The unit could use some updating but everything was clean and functional. The couches weren’t the most comfortable so if you consider making any changes, that would be top of my list. Beds and pillows were great!

Great location but needs major updates!

The good stuff -We love the views. - The first floor/main living is pretty nice. - Great location, parking, and access to the beach. -Master bed is comfortable. -App works pretty well for pertinent information The bad stuff. We have a video of quite a few cockroaches on the main patio while we were outside swarming around our feet. The shag and very old carpeting is disgusting and it smells when it’s so humid. It’s has stains and needs to be replaced!! Cockroaches in the laundry room. The laundry room is gross. The floor is the main problem. No hot water on the main floor bathroom so my father in law has been using the outdoor shower. Both patio tables are so rusty the rust falls off. There is mold on the master bathroom shower curtain. The master bath need a majority remodel. There is rust on the shower caddy. The twin beds are uncomfortable and the bed squeaks. It’s ridiculous that we had to pay to get our beds properly made prior to arrival. They claim they cannot make the beds due to Covid. Providing one main crappy towel for the week is also ridiculous. The fact we even have to rent towels is ridiculous. There is obviously no pride in ownership of this property. We have not been impressed with the initial process of leasing from Bryant. It’s low quality service, example awful towels, paying for bed being made, long long list of rules etc. The fact that you are “recording” noise inside and outside is weird.

Much needed rest

My wife and I were very much in need of some rest at the beach and this place did not disappoint. From the master bedroom, we had an awesome view of the ocean and the pier. It was very spacious and clean. Beach access is conveniently placed right behind the house. This would be a great place to bring a small family or friends. The staff at Bryant Real Estate were extremely helpful and accommodating. We plan to come back again before the year is over.

Wrightsville beach townhouse 14 Shearwater Street

I think there was black mold in the vents which triggered my asthma and sinuses, a number of light bulbs were burnt out, A number of the blinds were broken, the main TV didn’t work, and there were stains throughout the residence on the carpets. The residence definitely needs an update but the location and view was awesome. In person the realty company was very friendly, helpful, and nice but over the phone it felt like you were bothering them when you called. For the price you paid to stay there per night it was disappointing because we expected A higher quality place that was better taken care of.

Fantastic location that needs a little TLC

The property is in an amazing location! The two separate ocean front balconies were perfect for an evening of relaxation and a wonderful place to watch the sunrise. The main level of the property was nicely decorated. The kitchen included the things we needed for our stay. Some cons of the property: it seemed as though the coffee pot had never been cleaned. There were multiple stains on the carpeting throughout the home. The master bathroom had wallpaper peeling and what appeared to be mold/ mildew on the walls and water damage spots on the ceiling. The screens in the master bathroom also appeared to have multiple years worth of dust in them. The beds slept okay but I would suggest bringing your own pillows. The ones provided had sweat/ drool stains on them. Even with the above issues, we enjoyed our stay and made great family memories.

Great location, fussy rental company

Location was amazing! Right on beach and near pier. House is dated but comfortable. Management company is fussy, limited towels, bedding provided, but beds were not made. Despite large cleaning fee, we had to do make sure all dishes were clean and put away when we left. Very impersonal and corporate. Staff was nice but policies were not client friendly.

The property is in a prime location regarding proximity to beach access, Johnnie Mercer Pier, local shopping and restaurants. There is even a well stocked neighborhood grocery store within walking distance. The views from the balconies were impressive.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. View was great. Outdoor shower was very useful. Check in and out process Wes very easy. Just wish kitchen had some more pots and pans, and bathrooms were little more updated. We will definitely stay again.
