Nice little hotel for a stop off price was reasonable room clean and looked fairly newly renovated there were food options nearby My oniy complaints although small .. the shower is really skinny so I kept hitting the grab bar with my elbow and the shower gel was by the sink .. not accessible to the shower which was weird. The hotel boats “ award winning breakfast’” I wasn’t real impressed with it at all but it is free so ..

Great stay here, but it was weird that there wasn't an elevator. Not too big of a deal for us, but I could see people being surprised by it and asking to chnage rooms. Other than that, the stay was great. The hallway leading to our room had a little bit of an odor, but the room was fine. Free breakfast that was better than decent. Easy check-in and checkout.

I was surprised at how clean the room and the public areas were. The inn was rated at 2 stars and I have stayed at many 3 star rated that were far inferior to this Quality Inn. Decent breakfast also.

Hotel manager Katie went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. Place was clean, pool well mantained and a nice hot breakfast every morning. All the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The female front desk welcome was WONDERFUL. It was a rainy Friday and she made me feel welcome and safe. She saw that I was walking with a limp and changed my room to the first floor. The lighting in the rooms were fine and the plugs for charging my phone was easy to find. The pool area was nice if you are traveling with children and they need to work off their energy! The morning breakfast is only served until 9am but starts early at 6:30am!

I failed to ask if there was an elevator when making reservation. We were assigned a second floor room and my 94 year old mother is unable to climb a flight of stairs.Thankfully they were able to move us to first floor.

I arrived late. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful. The hallway was very clean as was the room. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Slept like the proverbial rock. If I am in the area again, I will be staying here.

OK place to stay on a budget

The Staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Downtown Wooster is a short drive from the Hotel. The issue I have with the hotel is its age and cleanliness. If you can afford $50 more I would choose a newer hotel. But if you are on a budget then this hotel will still meet your needs. The bathrooms look to be recently updated. The bathroom in my room I don’t think could be made any smaller, the hallways smelled like powdered carpet deodorizer. This hotel met our needs as a place to stay the night and has the usual hotel breakfast. The staff are friendly and seem to be doing the best they can
