No breakfast - even continental - which should be included for the price that Expedia charged me. I specify Expedia because the checkout invoice I was given showed that Nootka charged $100 less than Expedia. Poor soundproofing in the walls. You can hear the people talking/TV in the next room - even at normal volume. Thermostat blue screen was difficult to see in order to adjust. Toilet ran periodically.

Overall good stay. We were in a 2 bedroom family suite which served our needs. The Lodge was decorated for Fall and looked super cute. Quiet. Had a gameroom and hottub . Cocoa beside the front desk. Improvements would be a better door or more soundproof efforts between bedrooms. The door did not fully close off the area between rooms and if anyone got up to flip on the tv, go to the bathroom, etc, it created a sound issue in both rooms. No washer/dryer on the premises which would have been handy. No baking sheets for the oven. We stayed two days and came in after a long day out to find a cold room as someone had entered and turned off the heat. :( . Also there was a sign posted not to use the fireplace, but it seems they were renovating it. No great angles to view televisions from a couch. Had to sit on beds to view either one.
