The location is has breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The staff was so friendly and helpful in making recommendations. Great location, central to all the sites to see. Definitely a wonderful place to stay when in Lucerne.

Excellent hotel

The staff were very helpful, room clean and luxurious, serviced daily. Our room was spacious with excellent, clean bathroom facilities, and amazing views to the lake. Buffet breakfast was outstanding. The historic nature of the hotel has been retained in the modern facilities making it a unique place to stay. Centrally located, it was easy to walk to everything in the central city. The hotel was more than I had expected.

This was hotel was worth every penny. The room was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Although it is pricy everything about it was great. The attention to detail was amazing and everything was just perfect. The location was also great and had awesome views.
