Not horrible. Not the best.

The double bed room was quite small but do-able. The pillows (all 6) were horrible!! Bring your own pillow if you want decent sleep. The walls are paper thin. We heard the tv clearly from rooms on either side of our room. Also music and dancing or something after 10pm.

We had to book two rooms last minute due to finding roaches at a resort we were staying at. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the hotel was beautiful and clean with a game area too where the kids played shuffleboard and connect four. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The breakfast options were good too.

Doesn't honor tax exemption

We are a tax exempt company, and neither hotels.com or the property (Tru by Hilton) would honor the certification. between hotels.com and the property, they kept saying the other was responsible for the tax exemption, and neither were helpful. We had one person transfer positions internally, and no longer needed to attend the conference, and even with PLENTY of notice we were not allowed to cancel the reservation, so we still had to pay for that stay as well. Overall the process was super frustrating with the lack of customer service. I would NOT recommend booking through Hotels.com or staying at Tru by Hilton if you are a tax exempt government entity.

What a clean, nice hotel! Our room was very clean and exactly as described. It felt a little small, but cozy overall. I loved the addition of hooks on the wall to hang coats, purse, etc. My only complaint, which gave this hotel a 4 and not 5 stars, was that the walls are incredibly thin. I heard the neighbor’s tv the entire night… Overall, a great pick for the Dells area if you’re ok hearing the people next door.
