This is our second stay and it was great. The park is super close for walking dogs/events. And it is the perfect location to run, hike and mountain bike.

Perfect for a quick family ski weekend

Place was great for our quick weekend ski trip with family. As advertised, simple check-in and check-out. Great location, no problems, would come back.

Great stay for family and dog. 100 steps to WP Lift bus to base. Very nice amenities!

Kitchen was stocked with everything, frig had many shared condiments plus great great ice maker. Garage space was convenient and location next to city park plus walking trails was awesome. Beds, sheets, towels and hot tub were comfy and enjoyable. Our family had a great stay!

Winter Park Getaway

Great place to stay for skiers! Pros: photos = reality; communication with host; location just steps from shuttle to ski area; easy walking to cafes and restaurants; very clean Cons: primary bathroom sink was clogged; no kleenex in any of the 3 1/2 bathrooms; hot tub didn't get very hot All in all, would stay again!

Mountain Biking Weekend

Great location for mountain biking. Easy access to gondola for downhill and green and blue trails right off property. Great local restaurants and shops an easy walk away and right next to beautiful park with kids play area and bike park.

Great Condo

Loved the property. We skied daily and came back and had awesome family time playing games around the nice, large table. The hot tub felt great on our sore muscles also. We even walked one evening to a couple breweries.

Nice spot

Easy check in and help from Jordan when we needed it. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and even some spices and olive oil. Everything was really comfortable from couch to beds. Would prefer to deal with one management company rather than 3, though.

Great location with lots of room!

This condo was in the heart of the Winter Park action - walking distance if wanted to several restaurants and shops. With 3 bedrooms, plenty of room for spreading out. The condo was also very clean - much appreciated as some places we've stayed recently have been poor. A little frustrating on the instructions for the hot tub as it wasn't ready for use and needed several hours before it could be used - didn't get to use as planned after a hard day of skiing. Also wish we could have used garage as it was advertised but notes on property said do not use in the winter to avoid bringing dirt into garage. Other than that, we'd stay again as it was a great value for our dollar and a great location with plenty of space!

Great location, unclean condo

The location was great. The pans that I pulled out of the cabinets were greasy and dirty, appliances could have been wiped down. What looked like fur, was everywhere. Dust in the corners of the bathroom floor along with previous trash from someone else. Our bathroom sink was not draining, someone did rectify that quickly and the shower pull was not working but repaired quickly as well. The hot tub did not get hot and the fireplace was not turning on.

Great location and views!

Overall, we enjoyed our time at this home in Winter Park. It was a very short walk to the downtown Winter Park area, has a trail close by as well as an awesome park for the kids! It would be great for skiing/snowboarding because there is a shuttle pickup literally 10 steps away.The home is three levels with the bunk bed being in the basement. Since our oldest is ~3, she was not comfortable sleeping down there which was a bummer. The two upstairs bedrooms were comfortable, and each had their own personal bathrooms which was super nice!The reason for my 3 stars is because of two things. One, we were unable to utilize Wi-Fi during our entire stay. We brought our baby monitors and iPad and were unable to use them during our stay which was not great because the baby monitor is needed for our sleeping kiddos. We tried to troubleshoot but ultimately was not able to get it resolved. Additionally, we found two devices that had stickers on them stating "leak protection device, do not unplug" however, they were both smart home devices/speakers which gave us cause for concern that we were being listened too. We unplugged them both for our stay. The condo owner was notified, and we were told it was fine to unplug them, but still was worrisome that there may have been other "leak protection" devices throughout the house.
