Winter Park stay

Fantastic location, just a few steps from the base (gondola and restaurants). Hot tub is massive and perfect. The bed was comfortable and pull out couch was fantastic. Full kitchen, parking easy. Will be back.

Beautiful Condo! Perfect Location!!

Across street from Winter Park Village was the perfect location! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated- overlooking the huge hot tub and Village. The VRBO description of the amenities was spot on. Would definitely recommend the condo.

Great Stay!

Great stay- unit was clean & comfortable; looked the same as photos! great location! Would recommend. Slight confusion with garage / door codes at check in but immediately resolved and no further complications. Evolve was super responsive and easy to reach!

Great choice for Winter Park

This unit was immaculate upon arrival. We have one request that the host was able to quickly accommodate. The best part about this unit at Founders Place is that it's on the top floor. High ceilings and no noise from people above you.We will definitely return as it's been our favorite place to stay at the base of Winter Park.
