The primary level of the unit showcases impressive vaulted ceilings in the main living area, furnished with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen television, and vibrant, unique artwork adorning the walls and mountain views from the large windows. Adjacent to the primary living area, the dining room is situated on a raised level and features hardwood flooring. It includes a large wooden table that seats six and offers access to a back deck with views of the Winter Park Resort. The kitchen is fully equipped with stunning new countertops, a custom sink, modern appliances, solid wooden cabinets, and a small breakfast bar that accommodates two, allowing any chef in the group to enjoy the open floor plan while preparing meals. The upper level of the unit features an open loft that overlooks the main living room area below, furnished with two twin beds and a full bathroom complete with a shower enclosure. The entry level of the unit includes the primary bedroom, which is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite full bathroom that offers the added luxury of a jetted whirlpool bathtub. Additionally, this level contains a second bedroom that features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Please note that air conditioning is not available. The property offers several common area amenities, including an elevator that provides access to each floor from the underground parking area, two indoor hot tubs and common area paid laundry. Additionally, residents can conveniently walk across the street to Cooper Creek Square for various dining and shopping options. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association.
