This charming, updated condominium boasts scenic views of the Fraser River, making it a perfect rental for guests looking for relaxation and enjoyment in Winter Park. It is located on the first floor of the building.
The unit showcases beautiful hardwood flooring that complements the modern design and new furnishings. In the living area, there is a new flat screen television, a VCR, a DVD player, a wood-burning fireplace, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essentials for meal preparation at any time of the day, featuring modern appliances and countertops, including a breakfast bar that seats two people. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The bedroom is furnished with a brand new queen-sized bed, a flat screen television, and a vanity sink. Furthermore, the main hallway includes a full bathroom that features a second vanity sink and a tub/shower combination.
The complimentary town shuttle stop is located just a short distance away; however, you may also choose to stroll to Main Street, situated two blocks from your location, to experience the various restaurants, shops and outdoor events and activities available in the downtown area.
The recreation center features a designated children's area that includes games, a flat screen TV and appropriate furnishings. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings and is equipped with a pool table, a dining table with chairs, a small kitchenette, and large windows flanking a gas fireplace. The unit was clean and comfortable. The WP bus has a pick up/drop off stop right outside the building which is very convenient. An easy walk to many restaurants and brewery’s. I would definitely stay here again.
