This condo had everything you needed for a great stay. Close to Winter Park, well equipped kitchen, nice balcony with hummingbirds greeting you each day, roomy, good internet, many tv channels, and comfortable. Only thing is, it is a bit dark even with lights on in evening but bright enough at counter if you need the light.

The home was lovey. Pro’s: comfortable nice area close to downtown Winter Park, partially quiet, loves all the trees..Con’s: No iron (bummer) humidifier in master did not work. Refrigerator water leaked some in the bottom bins. Overall I would recommend .. did not need to communicate with properties

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and close to everything we could have needed. The unit was spacious and worked well for our family of 4, which included a 10 year old and 3 year old. It was also equipped with all the basics we needed for the stay. The kids loved the pool and the laundry facility was a plus. The employees at the Clubhouse were super friendly and helpful. The property manager was quick to respond and check-in was very simple. We'd definitely stay again!

Lovely property, great location

My family and I loved our stay at this location. The property had everything we wanted (and more - thank you for having garlic salt stocked!!). We loved the fireplace, the bunk beds, the great furniture, and the closeness to the city. Overall, great stay.

Perfect ski vacation stay

Our family had a fabulous stay here during a long ski weekend. The unit is very nice, clean, and comfortable and location is wonderful. Our kids loved the two bunk beds in the bunk room and we loved our stay-thank you for creating such a comfortable atmosphere-we loved our stay and hope to return!
