Enjoy the best sunset in Winter Haven on a hammock, then drive 3 mins for dinner downtown. You can't beat this slice of paradise.

This lake home offers two bedrooms with queen beds. Choose between phenomenal views in the lake room, or extra privacy in the master. Comfortable for 4 adults. 2 full baths and a large, fully equipped kitchen are included.

Discounted prices! This is our soft launch. We are still getting the space up to our standards. Furnishings and amenities to be upgraded over the coming months.

The home is decorated and furnished with the owner's personal collection. Please be respectful. We'll make sure you have a fantastic experience. The owner sometimes occupies a separate unit in the back of the property and shares the driveway.

Please note: washer and dryer are not included. There's a smart TV but no cable. We are working on adding these ammenities.

Outstanding Customer Service

We chose this cute small house on the lake as a central location for the many funeral service responsibilities I had this last weekend. So, dealing with a lot of grief and stress going into it. We discover about an hour after checking in that the A/C is not working.Adrian was amazing in going above and beyond in trying to fix the problem. Including calling a technician to come out on a Friday night. That must have been difficult and expensive. When they weren't able to fix the issue, Adrain was gracious in canceling the reservation so we could find another place to stay.Problems and issues are inevitable and unavoidable. It is how you respond to them that counts. Adrian excelled in dealing with this difficult situation in a very professional manner.Thank you.

Great getaway place

We needed a place to call home for a few days and this house was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning watching the ducks on the lake across the street and the squirrels in the yard. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The only thing we would have liked is a washer and dryer.

Home away from home

The location was close to all family we were visiting. Located close to downtown Winter Haven, Walmart, Publix and restaurants. I fell in love with the home due to the owner trying to keep it as original as possible. It literally was a home away from home. We are planning another trip in 4 months and will stay at this location if available for the days we need Sherry H. RayD. availablLlnninganothrtrip
