This is my new winter haven place! It was clean! I only go to Winter Haven for tournaments and this was perfect for that. There are 2 small homes/rentals behind the property and they are accessed by walking through the fence that surrounds the house and through the back yard - but we didn’t use the patio or backyard so that was not a problem for us. Parking is good in the front. The kitchen had all we needed to cook some frozen pizza after a long day. Stores are pretty close. Like I said, it was perfect for my needs given that I wasn’t on an actual vacation but just staying here for my child’s tournament. I will stay here again!

This condo is not New or Gorgeous. It is an average, run of the mill, slightly rundown, not very clean condo that is probably 25 years old. It's fine if you are looking for a cheap place to stay in this area, but not a vacation quality condo!

Some things good. Some things not.

Good communication, good location, easy check in. Windows were so dirty we washed them ourselves. Same for window tracks which we cleaned. Handle on patio door was broken when we arrived, but with no screen we did not open the door. Some mold and rust on the washing machine made it undesirable to use. Ceiling air vents were also very dirty.

Vacation in Winter Haven

It was good overall. However, there was no laundry soap to do a laundry, inconvenient with two small children. Also, we enjoyed having a yard where the children could play, but weren’t happy with the piles of dog poo we had to be aware of. It would have helped to have a dustpan and broom handy for after meal clean-up. These were small items that could be readily taken care of, and the property was close to both Lego Land and Peppa Pig’s World, as advertised.

Nice little spot for families

We enjoyed our stay. The house was just as described. The location was very convenient to legoland and shopping. Our only recommendation is to stock extra linens, tp and dish towels. We couldn't find any bedding for the trundle and ran out of tp in one of the bathrooms. If we came back we would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay with Family

Everything was as listed. We stayed to go to Legoland. It was close. The neighborhood was very quiet. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen looked to be well supplied for cooking. We will stay here again if it is available on our next trip to Legoland.

Amazing for the family!

The accommodations were great! Very clean and we had everything we needed. Enough space for a large group (7 of us). We went Brick or Treating at LEGOLAND. Excellent location near the park and restaurants.

Loved it!

We had a great experience here and great communication with the hosts. We would stay here again. It was perfect for our trip to legoland/peppa pig parks. I wasn’t sure how close it would be, but it was a super easy and quick drive from the parks. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
