Ideally located, it's close to the Wimereux Golf Course and several shops (950 m from a supermarket, 600 m from a fish and chip shop, and a 4-minute drive from the town center and municipal beach).
You'll be charmed by its contemporary decor, the small sea view visible from the first balcony, and a second covered balcony with an unobstructed view.
Bright and dual-aspect, this apartment comprises on the ground floor: a master bedroom (140x190 double bed and shower) and a spacious living/dining room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with a washer-dryer and dishwasher.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (two twin beds (90 x 190 cm) in the first bedroom and a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm) in the second bedroom) and a bathroom with a bathtub.
