Hervorragendes, gemĂŒtliches Appartement. Schön eingerichtet. Zentral gelegen, direkt ĂŒber der BĂ€ckerei mit den besten Croissants, 50 Meter zum Fischladen, 300 Meter zum Supermarkt, 350 Meter zur Strandpromenade. KĂŒchenausstattung komplett. Wir haben viel frisch gekocht. Auch die beiden Katzen haben sich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Insbesondere das Hochbett war fĂŒr sie ein schöner Ort zum Erkunden. Ohne WLAN ist es erst ungewohnt, dann setzt aber der Effekt der Entschleunigung ein. Wir haben uns rundherum zuhause gefĂŒhlt und die drei Wochen genossen und werden sie in bester Erinnerung behalten. Auch sehr gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet.

Bel appartement spacieux, ou nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able. IdĂ©alement placĂ© dans la rue commerçante et non loin de la digue. L’arrĂȘt de bus est juste devant la porte. Bel appartement ,trĂšs spacieux. TrĂšs bien situĂ©, tous est Ă  proximitĂ©,commerces,restaurants et plage. Etant dans la rue principale ,il faut chercher un stationnement dans les autres rues . Autre inconvĂ©nient il faut se servir des poubelles des commerces qui se trouvent dans la rue, pas toujours accessible. Jusque la rien de trop dĂ©rangeant. Le plus gĂȘnant Ă  Ă©tĂ© l'arrivĂ©e de l'agent d'entretien Ă  8h45 et une libĂ©ration souhaitĂ© par la propriĂ©taire ,Ă  9h00 ,avisĂ© l'avant veille lors de notre appel, alors que sur abritel il Ă©tait notĂ© que le dĂ©part pouvait se faire jusque 11h00. Le sĂ©jour fut moines trĂšs agrĂ©able et pourquoi pas Ă  refaire en se mettant d'accord par avance sur l'heure de restitution du logement.

Mieten Sie diese Wohnung NICHT!!!! Die Vermieter und die Wohnung sind nicht zumutbar!!

Es sollte nach einer persönlich schwierigen Zeit und Covid unser erster schöner Urlaub werden, den Vermietern haben wir jedoch ein 8-tĂ€giges Desaster zu verdanken. Zusammengefasst: - Die Wohnung war ĂŒberall untragbar verdreckt: TierhaarbĂŒschel auf dem Boden, Essensreste auf dem Esstisch, alte KrĂŒmel und Flecken zwischen den Sofasitzkissen, jedes MöbelstĂŒck, Bilder + Lampen total verstaubt, die KĂŒche verklebt und verkrustet, sowohl der Backofen, Toaster, sogar der Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschinen (wovon eine kaputt war) als auch in den SchrĂ€nken. In einigen RĂŒckstĂ€nden in den SchrĂ€nken haben wir kleine tote Krabbeltiere identifiziert, ALLE Matratzen und Decken ĂŒbersĂ€ht von Haaren und gelben Flecken, das Badezimmer (als krönender Abschluss) ĂŒberhaupt nicht gereinigt, FĂ€kalienspuren + benutztes Toilettenpapier auf und unter der Toilettenbrille, verschmierte DuschewĂ€nde + Haare + Zahnpasta Flecken im Waschbecken und auf dem Spiegelschrank. Das war nur ein Auszug, Nachweise in Form von umfangreichem Bildmaterial liegen vor. Die Wohnung wurde seit Wochen nicht gereinigt. - Branchenspezifische Gesundheitsleitlinien und Reinigung mit Desinfektionsmitteln, wie im Inserat angegeben, ist zu 100% nicht erfolgt – das ist eine glatte LĂŒge!!! - 4 Tage, von insg. 8 Tagen, gab es kein Gas, also kein warmes Wasser und die Heizung war ebenfalls ausgefallen - Am Abend des zweiten Tages wurde uns ein billiger Elektroofen ins Wohnzimmer gestellt, sodass wir weiterhin in der restlichen Wohnung und vor Allem in der Nacht frieren mussten, bzw. mehrere KleidungsstĂŒcke ĂŒbereinander ziehen mussten. Erst am 5. Tag kam ein Handwerker, um das Gasproblem zu lösen. - Einen Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört gibt es definitiv nicht, das ist eine falsche Angabe, man muss sich draußen einen suchen, was sich als sehr schwierig erwies. - Beide sprechen kein Deutsch und auch kein Englisch (wie im Inserat angegeben), die Sprachen beherrscht nur der Sohn, der aber nicht immer erreichbar ist und somit keine richtige Konversation möglich ist (noch nicht einmal auf Englisch) - Die Vermieter haben uns ganz eindeutig betrogen und nicht die Wahrheit inseriert, denn die Wohnung hĂ€tte in dem Zustand niemals vermietet werden dĂŒrfen. Ich hĂ€tte es als „unglĂŒckliche UmstĂ€nde“ abgehakt, wenn die Vermieter die besprochene ANTEILIGE RĂŒckerstattung geleistet hĂ€tten, sobald wir aber abgereist waren, hat sich niemand mehr auf meine Nachrichten gemeldet und das Geld habe ich bis heute nicht gesehen.

séjour agréable, Wimereux est une jolie station

appartement propre et spacieux, en centre ville dans la rue principale assez passante, donc proche des commerces et de la mer; tout se fait à pied sans problÚme; boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble. Petit soucis avec la pression d'eau , pas résolu lors de notre départ, difficile de trouver un plombier à cette époque de l'année.

Wimereux est une agrĂ©able petite ville cĂŽtiĂšre, avec autour d'elle, des lieux magnifiques Ă  visiter. L'appartement est bien situĂ©, juste un peu difficile pour se garer. Incommodés et départ précipité

Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© ce logement pour y passer une semaine en famille avec des petits enfants. Nous n'y sommes pas restĂ©s plus d'une nuit. DĂšs l'arrivĂ©e dans les lieux, nous avons Ă©tĂ© incommodĂ©s par les odeurs de moisissure et de pain industriel, nous n'avons pas tenu plus d'une nuit dans cet Ă©coeurement. Certains mur moisis et des odeur de gaz nous on dĂ©finitivement dissuadĂ©s de prolonger notre sĂ©jour dans cette ville pourtant prometteuse. Nous avons du mal Ă  imaginer que ce logement puisse satisfaire Ă  d'autres voyageurs que des baroudeurs ou des personnes peu scrupuleuse de leur bien ĂȘtre... La propriĂ©taire n'ayant jamais reconnu ses torts et l'Ă©tat de son logement, nous n'avons jamais rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ© notre location! Wimereux restera dĂ©finitivement un point noir dans l'historique de nos vacances.

Appartement bien situé, proche commerces et restaurants et à 200 mÚtres de la mer. Bùtiment ancien mais qui fait aussi le charme de l'appartement. Malgré le mauvais temps nous avons réussi à nous occuper dans la région. Propriétaires disponibles facilement par téléphone Seul petit bémol, les oreillers, couettes et les matelas de la chambre enfant ne sont pas trÚs propres.
