Not a clean environment. Toilet broken, tv not working correctly. Room supposed to be non smoking but it smells like cigs. Neighbors next door throwing party and phone doesn’t even work to call front desk

This room was to much for what you got but we didn’t have much of a choice. Room had an old smoke smell upon arrival. They are in desperate need of new beds. When my spouse or I would roll over you can hear the springs in the bed squeezing and making noise. There were holes in the walls where something once hung. The AC was loud. If you have a choice I’d pick somewhere else to stay. Would not stay here again.
