Pulling up to the Cozy Blue Bungalow you'll notice it's not historic house like all the others on the street. This little Bungalow was built in the 70's as a rental unit with one Doctor owned and rented most of the houses on the street. Many of the neighbors still remember the past owner of so many houses on the block as a great man who wanted to house as many people as he could. Now, we are so pleased to restore this three bedroom house offer it to you and your family. With parking right in-front of the front door, you can't have an easier load in!

Once inside you'll see the renovated kitchen stocked with all you need to cook on the Gas stove. The kitchen adjoins the living room where there is a large smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows. All the beds are new with new hybrid mattresses (we get so many comments about our comfy beds!) and smart TV's. The bathroom show has on demand hot water meaning it can never run out! Chill out on the back porch and have a dinner or walk downtown and choose from the many great restaurants Wilmington's Downtown has to offer!
