Trip to Ark Encounter

Clean, very well supplied except for towels. We were given 8 towels for 5 people with a 4 night stay. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Great House

We had a wonderful time at this property. The manager provided all the necessary information to check in easily. The house was spotless! They provided good information about local restaurants and activities. The beds were comfortable. The area was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property.

We got there and the house was nice and cool. There were plenty of towels for everyone. The beds were soft and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quite peaceful it had been raining so we enjoyed sitting out on the deck where it was nice and cool. Somewhat comfy.

House was clean. Contact person was on top of things. The grandkids really enjoyed the place. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. There wasn’t anywhere to unpack clothes. Also was no access to a washer and dryer.

I like the country setting, though close to town. The family water park was a hit for the 3 children. It's free, and we were the only ppl there. Edwardo's pizza was delicious. The Ark Encounter was only 10 minutes away. The RV market was very inexpensive and had good choices of food. Great trip!

Quiet, clean and convenient! Close to the Ark Encounter!

The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept so we felt safe. The home was clean and well stocked. Property manager was great to work with. I needed her within the first 15 minutes upon arrival (my own fault- no problem) and she responded immediately! The water was good and hot in the shower too! The ONLY negative is the washer and dryer being downstairs. If your knees aren’t good, this could be a problem! I saw it in the pics and booked anyway so that’s my fault too! But it worked out! All is good and I would recommend the home!

Nice home

Nice quiet nice neighborhood.The house was clean.The beds were very comfortable. Less than 3 miles from the Ark. Only suggestion is to have small dressers in the bedrooms or a stand for suitcases. Had to open and set it on the dloor.

CLEAN. CONVIENENT TO THE ARK. EASY CHECK IN.AND OUT. GINA RESPONDS IMMEDIATELY TO ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. EVERYTHING NEEDED TO FEEL AT HOME. ONLY ONE SMALL INCONVIENENCE. BRING YOUR OWN BATHROOM TISSUE AS THERE WAS ONLY ONE ROLL. LUCKILY THERE IS DOLLAR GENERAL NEARBY.

Essential supplies?

Overall, loved our stay. However, there was only one spare roll of toilet tissue. We had to go buy more. And there were no spare trash bags. Those are two items that guests should not have to worry about.

Relax for a bit on the Porch....

Very nice indeed! We enjoyed games (some are provided- we had brought some) on the front porch table. The greenery outside is wonderful and watching the fireflies was great! Everything worked-everything was clean-couch was comfortable, extra linens if you needed them.... and very close to the Ark Encounter! Nothing extravagant, just a relaxing clean and comfortable home that we enjoyed! Hope to come back soon! PS... Gina is the best to work with!

Nice house - close to the ark!

We really liked our stay! The location was great for access to the Ark Encounter! The GPS directions to get there were a little tough to figure out due to a road being closed but we made it. The house was well stocked and very clean but my only suggestion would be that it could use window coverings, such as blackout curtains, in the bedrooms.

Wonderful Home!!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was spotless and it had everything we needed for our short stay. We were just in town visiting the Ark and it was only 5 minutes from there. We also enjoyed Edwardos Pizza which is right down the road. If we are ever in the are again, we will book this house again!

We had a great stay. Property was very clean and accommodating. It was absolutely what my family needed to enjoy our stay in Kentucky, while visiting the Ark. There was also a deer in the yard one evening as we returned home. Very quiet and peaceful area with lots of beautiful old houses.
