It was our first stay at this location, the receptionist was exceptional. I called ahead for an early check in and she walked me through the IHG One rewards program and I signed up on line with no problem. When we arrived she further explained at the benefits and gave me information about it. She is the perfect person for her job. The room was good and the breakfast was exceptional for a hotel with complimentary breakfast. Thank you for a great experience.

We had a great time in Williamsburg, the hotel was nice, comfortable beds. Our issue was the terrible mold that was growing in the shower. As the grout was dark it wasn’t noticeable until you looked closely. At first I thought it was a lousy tile job. Nope, dark mold along all the tiles.

Parking was secure. Room was clean and I enjoyed the new standard of Dove soap. Beds were comfortable and the HVAC unit worked perfectly. Staff were very friendly and professional. I can't wait to come back next year when we visit Water Country USA.

Location of hotel was good, but the bathroom of room 302 smelled like sewage. There was no bathroom fan, as well. One of the queen beds was creaky and not supported on one side of the bed (i.e., springs worn out). We did enjoy the breakfast service and food.
