A true gem of Crown Heights, this is one of the most unique and coveted locations in all of Wichita with it's unique 1930's architecture, perfectly maintained properties, proximity to shopping, dining and highway access. This home is a true stand out with it's glorious gardens and curb appeal, luxurious outdoor living spaces and professional furnishings and design.

Enjoy the serenity of the fully enclosed back patio and gardens, firepit and she shed. Family time is truly special while gathering in the light filled 4 season sunroom addition. Meal prep is a joy with the charming kitchen featuring Samsung appliance suite, granite countertops, stocked pantry items and cooking essentials.

The dining room table seats 6 or enjoy a more intimate meal in the adjacent eating area. Enjoy conversations on cool evenings by the remote controlled fireplace in the living room.
