"I know this is out of their hands but I think it should be noted before booking here. That they are in the middle of repainting the outside so EVERY window is covered in plastic and the building is half repainted and there was no signage. Couldn't look out the windows. I booked 2, Double King suite rooms, Two towels in each room for a 8 person room. The pull out had NO sheets, blankets, pillows. When asked for towels and sheets/blankets etc.. they had NONE so I had to sleep without a blanket. The phones did not work in either room so every time had to go down stairs to ask for anything. The manager was EXTREMLY rude and unhelpful making this a ME problem vs being of any help. Saying well we don't know if that many people are staying in the room. Aside from physically seeing us all check in together and not offer us any extra towels or blankets before they were all gone. And two towels for one standard room would be more then just two. The shower had zero hot water luke warm at best and the bathtub did not drain so by the time you were done you were standing in water past your ankles. The beds were horrible felt like I was being stabbed by a stick in the side/back all night. Only good thing was the breakfast. I don't typically get on here and do these but this was a horrible stay and I travel quit a bit and by far the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. Especially for getting the two biggest rooms they offer."
