The commode took 6 flushes to get the tp down, someone came up to plunge but it was still the same. The water pressure is awful. There were dead crickets EVERYWHERE! We were on the third floor...had to go to second floor for laundry.... first floor for ice. I'm old, after 7 hours driving, should not have had to run around all over for the amenities

The lobby is the cleanest part of place. The elevators are extremely dirty the one with carpet was never vacuumed the other with tile looks like is never mopped. The 3rd floor hallway smelled so bad. Doors to rooms don’t shut properly. It’s just a poorly operated or managed hotel!! And they don’t clean the breakfast area during service time if someone spills or leaves something it don’t get cleaned till they are done serving breakfast. Isn’t it personal responsibility to clean during instead of just complaining about their personal life or why they have to work!

The breakfast was great. They offered a nice variety. It opened for breakfast exactly as scheduled and the food was good. The facilities were quite comfortable. I appreciate the lodging and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I needed to stay overnight in Wichita Falls.

I discussed my observations with the gentleman at the counter and believe the items will be rectified. I acknowledge the facility is working to improve and aim to get it to the true Ramada standard so all in all, i was pleased. The room was quiet and clean. The parking was easy. The kitchenette had all I needed for the weekend. Very happy indeed!!
