If you have the heart of a gamer, then book a stay at one of the Whitsunday Islands hotels with arcades. You’ll be in video-game heaven the minute you check in. The arcade’s selection of games will be close by, all waiting for their high scores to be beaten by you. The hotel rooms themselves feature entertainment for both kids and adults--all ages are welcome. And when you’re done slaying dragons or saving damsels in distress, clean up in your room and get ready for a night-on-the-town.

Daydream Island Resort
"The island is so cute and peaceful. The resort is perfectly situated at the ferry dock and you can stay inside the resort until the ferry pulls in which is nice if it's raining. The resort is perfect for a short visit, the food was good and the amenities were perfect for a relaxing break. The free use of snorkeling gear is a nice touch as you can see their newly grown reef right from the beach. The wallaroos are so cute wandering around and you can feed them. I believe most ferries stop at daydream and go to Airlie or Hamilton and on to Whitsunday island so it is very convenient to get on and off the island. Overall would recommend the resort for a nice get away."
