Attended a conference at the Fairmont Hotel, and the Glacier property is next door.

Room nice property under construction
The room itself was very nice. Older fittings but relatively clean and comfortable. The listing stated there was a pool and hot tubs but we were warned after reservation that those would be closed. The front desk said till 2026. The building is under construction also. The weekend was quiet but Monday morning we were awoken at 8:30 by Jack hammers buzzing through the building.Property manager was communicative.
I filtered out spaces with a pool and hot tub, pet friendly for my trip. At check in we learn the pool area closed for renovations June 2025. While it now lists the closure way down below...the heading of pool and two hot tubs remains still. Traveling with a child where we were counting on entertaining her with these ammenities negatively impacted our trip.
At 830AM, drilling started on and off on both days we were there so then didnt feel comfortable leaving the dog, except for our peak 2 peak ride that we cut short.
The owner responded that notice had gone out to all who had booked. He did apologize for somehow missing me, despite emailing me twice prior to arrival.
The suite itself was clean and lovley. I would not however recommend for more than two people as the pull out was not comfortable. Perfect for two...kitchen was well stocked.

Great location and very pet friendly!
We had a great stay, the place had everything we needed. Very quiet and our dog was immediately at home. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were not available but bike room and location make up for it. Would definitely recommend this place for easy, low key accommodation in Whistler.

109 gets a 9 out of 10!
Great communication with owner with tips. Terrific location. As is the case anywhere in Whistler parking is 20 a day which you have to pay for in advance. You get a key code to punch in to enter the building after hours and your suite. It’s a studio and all as advertised and depicted in photos. Think of it as a super loaded hotel room with a bed and fully equipped modern/upgraded stainless steel kitchen facilities. Comfy bed! Gas fireplace works great but maybe too great for a studio. Heated up super fast. It’s ground level with no access to outside but again no surprises and not needed. Loved the same location access to liquor store and market across the road. Lost lake is half a block away for strolling or cross country skiing. We walked everywhere, to the main Village, no issues! Great place for two, even has a pull out for more. Recommend!!!
